Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a BI Analyst to join our client's Business Intelligence team who manages and conceptualizes, designs, and deploys a range of reporting solutions. This includes creating SQL queries, crafting SSRS reports, and developing dashboards in support of our data warehouse. Using BI tools such as Power BI, the candidate will amplify management's decision-making processes and problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with BI developers to design and test innovative reporting solutions.Utilize BI software to enhance decision-making and troubleshooting.Analyze processes, identify challenges, and recommend improvements.Craft, refine, and maintain reporting tools for non-tech-savvy users.Propose and implement solutions to elevate BI metrics.Test new reports to ensure data reliability.Construct both relational and multidimensional database queries.Support with ad hoc reporting and data assessment projects.Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.1-3 years of experience in BI development or a similar role, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL).Desirable Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, finance, accounting, or related discipline.Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports.Familiarity with the real estate sector.Essential Skills & Proficiencies:
Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems.Mastery of Structured Query Language (SQL).Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and ability to design and tweak SRSS reporting elements.Ability to develop systems that support quality assurance goals.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including with non-tech-savvy stakeholders.Acute analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and validation of data accuracy.Efficient project management and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), SQL, and SRSS.
