Software Technical Lead – Job No. CLOU20-6801Full-timeSalary: Depends on experience /yearJOB DUTIESAnalyze and define business requirements and user objectives; study system setup; identify gaps; define project scope; recommend, architect, design, and develop scalable and robust Salesforce CRM/CPQ software solutions; conduct feasibility study; design prototypes; build proof of concepts; prepare architecture roadmaps; lead Software Developers in development, implementation, and administration efforts; perform project planning and user training; define test strategy; conduct unit, integration, and performance testing; perform root-cause analysis; manage project development schedule and progress; provide on-going technical support and guidance to Software Developers; assess and recommend improvements to business processes; manage change requests; and prepare and maintain technical documentation.Work in Sunnyvale, CA. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the US may be required.REQUIRED SKILLSTwo years of software development experience.
