ExemptThe Role

Performance Improvement is responsible for selling, creating, and delivering solutions and professional services to meet client needs. The Director, Performance Improvement will work closely with healthcare providers on financial and operational improvements associated with Nordic’s technology-enabled solutions. A Director is responsible for overseeing multiple engagements, collaborating across multiple business lines to develop sales techniques, developing new market solutions, as well as contributing to PI Advisory Solutions. Ideal candidates will have robust experience in healthcare management consulting aligned to customer executive team governance promoting innovative approaches and digital enablement.Key Responsibilities

A Director, Performance Improvement will be responsible for, but not be limited to:Coordinate internally with other business lines to create high-performing teams.Collaborate with Nordic Advisory Services, Managed Services, and Client Partnerships to create content, go-to-market strategies, and targeted prospecting and sales plans.Build strong client relationships and identify client needs and opportunities for Nordic.Support account management and account planning activities, while taking ownership of key client relationships within target accounts.Collaborate across Nordic service lines and teams to develop, sell and deliver transformational multi-disciplinary client solutions.Use sales targets to identify and quantify effective sales strategies.Develop creative and innovative new go-to-market solutions.Serve as the primary point of intersection between Sales and Client Services to demonstrate how our solution offerings create measurable value for our clients.Oversee multiple engagements with minimal oversight.Develop proposals and statements of work for client-specific engagements.Participate, support and complete RFI, RFP and sales process.Provide timely coaching and mentoring of project team with the goal of developing and retaining talent within the organization.Skills And Experience

Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference in business, healthcare administration, industrial engineering or related field.12-15+ years’ experience in the healthcare industry is preferred; must include 5-7+ years working in a management consulting firm, demonstrating career advancement.Clearly definable accomplishments achieved during their healthcare experience.Excellent client interaction skills, collaborative work style, and excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent organization skills with excellent attention to detail.Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims.Flexible; able to quickly adapt to working with different employees, clients, and changing priorities.Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment and to alter approach or method to successfully lead change; reacts well under pressure.Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization, as well as with diverse candidates, consultants, and client bases.Proficient with Microsoft Office products and other collaboration tools, including virtual meeting and cloud technologies.Strong technology experience, including implementing and optimizing solutions; Epic experience highly desired.Knowledge in at least one of the following is preferred: SQL, PowerBI, Python.Additional Details

Relocation to Madison, WI, is not required.Travel up to 50% of the time.
