Job Description
We are seeking an IT Project Manager for a hybrid role in Lakewood, CO. This role will be 90-95% remote and 5-10% onsite in Lakewood, CO.
In this role, you will provide project management services internally, supporting several project-based initiatives for the Delivery team. The Delivery team's role is partnering with other divisions and vendor stakeholders to implement system changes including product development life cycle, business analysis, software development, quality assurance, documentation and problem resolution. Additional responsibilities include:
Formulate and manage project schedules, priorities, progress and work plans in collaboration with the Director of Delivery, Delivery Managers and Business Partners :Leverage Project Management tools and methodologies in all project phasesCompile and maintain project artifacts and documentation including some project deliverablesEstablish and maintain project schedule including key milestones and deliverablesManage risks, assumptions, issues and dependenciesProvide project status reports to all relevant stakeholdersManage changes to project scope, schedule and budgetDevelop, maintain and deploy change management strategies working with the ISD Business Partner, Communications Manager and Training SpecialistWork closely with Delivery Team Leadership to figure out the best way to communicate changes via effective communication mechanismsQualifications
IT Project Management experienceExperience with managing project scope, schedule, and budgetExperience with providing project status reports to all relevant stakeholdersExperience with risk management, assumptions, issues and dependencies
Additional Information
This 6 month contract (with option to extend) will be located in Lakewood, CO. This role can work remotely between 90%-95% of the time and the remainder 5%-10% of this role will be working onsite/in the office in Lakewood, CO.
