Job Overview

We are currently seeking a

full time Tier II Support Engineer

with a minimum of

5 years of extensive hands on experience

with IT support and troubleshooting.

ResponsibilitiesProvide phone support and remote remediation for workstation issuesTroubleshooting and resolving customer system problems across a broad range of technologiesProvide installations of new software and upgradesProvide installation of service Packs and security updatesProvide onsite support and installations to clients when necessaryProvide helpdesk support including analyzing and resolving end-user issuesSkills & Experience

Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop applicationsExperience with installing, configuring, and administering a broad range of technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCertifications a plusExperience with installing, configuring, and administering a broad range of technologies
