Job Description: s a Business Intelligence Architect, you will play a pivotal role in building and establishing our organization's Business Intelligence practice. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient business intelligence solutions while contributing to the growth and development of our BI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

rchitect and design end-to-end business intelligence solutions, establishing best practices and standards for the organization's BI practice. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into technical requirements for BI solutions. Develop strategies for data integration, data modeling, and data transformation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple systems. Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading processes from various data sources into the data warehouse or BI platforms. Create and maintain data models that support business reporting and analysis requirements, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Define and enforce data governance policies, data quality standards, and data security measures within the BI architecture. Evaluate and select appropriate BI tools, technologies, and platforms to support the organization's business intelligence needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance the BI infrastructure, including data warehouses, data lakes, and reporting/visualization tools. Provide guidance and mentorship to the BI development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development. Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in the field of business intelligence, and provide recommendations for incorporating new technologies and methodologies into the practice.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Intelligence Architect, with a track record of successfully building BI capabilities within an organization. Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and business intelligence concepts. Experience in architecting and implementing end-to-end BI solutions, including data integration, data modeling, and reporting/visualization tools. Proficiency in BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Thoughtspot, Business Objects or other leading tools. Solid understanding of database management systems, data integration techniques, and data governance principles. Familiarity with cloud-based BI platforms and technologies (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse Analytics) is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and robust technical solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and guiding teams.
