For one of our going on project we are looking for GIS application Developer.

The position is based out of Harrisburg but can be done remote as of now. PA

Skills Required

•

4-year college degree or equivalent

•

ESRI Suite - 4 Years

•

JavaScript - 4 Years

•

PYTHON - 4 Years

•

JSON / GeoJSON – 3 Years

•

UI/UX Design (HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, dojo, AJAX, jQuery) – 3 Years

•

Visual Studio 2013 or newer – 3 Years (combined)

•

VSTS or Azure DevOps

•

Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

•

Excellent communications skills both verbally and written

•

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Skills Desired

•

Flash/FLEX, .NET Core, React.js, Leaflet

•

Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS 11G or higher

•

Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or newer

•

Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience and services and/or APIs

Job Duties/Responsibilities

•

New development and enhancements.

•

Develop using: ESRI technology, JavaScript, PYTHON, Leaflet, ASP.NET MVC, ADO.NET, AJAX, jQuery, JSON, GeoJSON, XML, CSS and Visual Studio 2013 or newer.

•

Executes all required process steps.

•

Tests enhancement and development programs.

•

Participates in structured code reviews / walkthroughs.

•

Utilizes configuration management tools, design tools, debugging tools, and any other environment specific tools necessary to create, test, and implement an application.

• Work in an agile environment.
