Job DescriptionJOB DUTIES

(Detailed Statement of Duties and Responsibilities):• Lead the technical requirements development effort.• Define and develop business requirements and functional specifications for enhancing an existing system in accordance with the agile methodology.• Responsible for conducting data feasibility study of existing system, and integration analysis with existing enterprise applications.• Serve as the primary contact between the technology team and business users; manage and support expectations of product owners.• Collaborate in end-user training development and implementation.• Work with helpdesk operations to create and implement support procedures.• Facilitate change management activities between the project team and IT service groups; and participate in all phases of the project life cycle with emphasis on business requirements from development to roll-out of enterprise application.• The SBA will also work closely with the MassHIway team to help manage phase II to onboard CBHI clinical providers to integrate with the Massachusetts Health Information Exchange (HIE)

REQUIRED

QUALIFICATIONS: (Special Skill Set, Abilities, Knowledge):• Expert knowledge of systems and business analysis/design concepts• Knowledge of the Unified Process and/or Agile process• Must be self-motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills• Proven oral and written communication skills •• Ability to work independently• Proficient in English grammar, usage, mechanics, and composition •• Ability to effectively use MS Office tools including Visio, Project, Word, Excel, MS Access, and PowerPoint• A thorough understanding of relational databases and data models

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:• 5+ years of experience in business analysis• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience
