Job Title:
Servicenow HR - Solution Architect
Location:San Diego, CA
Number of positions:
Two
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Practice Head, the Servicenow HR Solution Architect is responsible for successful Servicenow HR Implementation and go live
• Guide clients through all project phases including discovery, design, configuration and testing
• Provide configuration insights to each client's unique business requirements and provide insight on best practices
• Assist clients in fully integrating the Servicenow HR system into their existing business environments
• Contribute and maintain a showcase of HR solutions created on the ServiceNow platform
• Advise client on different options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
• Be the Servicenow HR SME and lead clients through the entire systems development lifecycle
• Very efficient with time management and timely reporting progress to higher ups
• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Servicenow HR solutions
• Closely work with TCS delivery team to ensure deliverables are met on time and budget
Required Skills:
• At least 2 years of Servicenow HR Implementation experience as a Solution Architect
• Very strong HCM domain skills as a functional lead in at least 3 of the following disciplines - Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Recruitment
• Servicenow HR certification is recommended
• Strong experience and ability to translate business requirements to system configuration
• Experience in re-engineering HR business processes
• Good understanding of Integration concepts
Other Key skills:
• Ability to lead a team
• Ability to facilitate workshops and to identify business requirements
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
• Proactively propose alternate solutions to the customer as and when needed
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills
• CAN DO attitude
• Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate with internal and external customers
• Self-driven, motivated and results orientated
• Strong listening skills and solution orientated approach to selling
