We're looking for a Sales Technology Business Analyst to join our expanding IT team. As a key player, you'll be instrumental in elevating our CRM Dynamics 365 application to new heights, working alongside our Business Solution Architect. This role will be based in Fairfield, NJ.

System Enhancement: Define and understand sales system needs, analyze data, and propose solutions to keep our CRM at its prime.Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors and developers, ensuring clear instructions, monitoring progress, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.Training & Documentation: Be a training maestro, identifying needs, creating effective materials, and evaluating training effectiveness.Platform Mastery: Take the reins as the primary CRM resource, handling customization, administration, and ensuring smooth operation.Second Level Support: Resolve service requests within SLA, document and escalate system bugs for seamless operations.Ready to thrive in an environment where your skills meet innovation? Requirements:

Candidate must be based in New Jersey.Must have experience with cross functionally with a Sales team.3+ years of experience with CRM products with the majority of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power PlatformsBachelor's Degree and/or advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRMHands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and Power Apps technical solutionsWork experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environmentsExperience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft's Dynamics Power PlatformCore Skills: SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, Power Apps, and Power AutomateExperience with the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutionsExperience working with a team to deliver large, complex technology projectsExperience with multiple full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRMProblem solving and troubleshooting skillsExperience Interviewing users and business owners to gather requirements and write Functional SpecificationsWell organized and analyticalAbility to change directions quickly and nimblyHumble and hungry for continued learningWhy Phillip Jeffries?
