Position Summary
This is a Key Person position at Fort Leavenworth, KS in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) Training Support to TRADOC COEs and Schools under MTCCS II IDIQ. Trideum is seeking the best-qualified individuals for its upcoming bid in support of this task order. The expected award and start work date is late April 2024.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
What You'll DoTracks the technical resources of US Army Centers of Excellence (CoE) and Schools (hereafter referred to as sites) for the state of the program's capacity to use the provided technologyMust understand the current state of fielded US Army simulations and Games For Training (GFT) at all locationsTrack the ability of each site to properly use available equipmentMonitor the state of software issues at all sitesTrack the fielding plans for hardware and software for all sitesHave a specific focus on the technical operation of the equipment at each siteFocuses on the compliance of all sites with program policies to prevent technical gapsTravel to other sites routinely to ensure that the integration of the site's simulations and GFT are operating and integrated as requiredProvide updated site-specific schematics for equipment being used by quantity and part number, fielded date, and SOPsRequirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, in Computer Science or a related fieldIn-depth knowledge of virtual training simulators and GFTExperience in computer systems engineering and network specifications as they are related to product testing and evaluation8 years experience with military training and training supportServed at a Mission Training Complex (MTC) as either a Site Manager, Simulation Support Team Lead, MCIS Lead Instructor, or Network Engineer/ManagerUnited States citizenActive Secret ClearanceWe Take Care of Our People
