JOB Description:
The SAP Solution Architect will oversee and guide the continual maturity and investment within SAP deployments. - Develop and maintain SAP roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and objectives; - Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify and define requirements for new and existing SAP solutions; - Design, develop and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements, utilizing industry best practices and standards; - Provide inputs to SAP related projects, ensuring they are aligned with overall objectives and best practices; - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in SAP solutions and processes; and - Develop and maintain relationships with key SAP vendors and partners.
Experience/Skills/Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HCM processes and business integrations with other areas - 15 years of experience in implementation and maintenance of SAP Enterprise Applications with a focus on HR/HCM and SF modules - Experience implementing SAP HCM functionality understanding SAP Time Evaluation and SAP Payroll rules and schemas - 5 years of experience implementing SuccessFactors modules Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, EC Payroll, CDP, P&G, Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits, - Deep understanding and knowledge of HXM FIORI apps. - Experience on integration of SuccessFactrors with S4/HANA modules - Experience managing Integration designing HCM and Payroll integrations - Experience with Agile methodologies and techniques - Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation - Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
