Overview
Star Dental Partners is seeking a
Dental Systems Integrations Manager
to join our high-growth and fast-paced DSO and lead the way as we implement new practice management software across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to help build a department and add tremendous value to our organization. The primary responsibilities of this position will include
creating, implementing, and executing learning and development strategies, resources, and curriculum to aid in the implementation of Denticon
for all current and future practice partnerships.
Responsibilities
Timely and thorough intake and organization of detailed practice information.Create learning and development
program to deliver fundamental training and materials in group format.Promote an educational environment that welcomes and facilitates questions, as well as maximizes individual knowledge retention while creating a fun and open learning experience.Identify any potential gaps in training content and materials that need updating.Lead transitions
due to technological changes, acquisitions and mergers.Research and stay abreast of industry training tools and methods to enhance training content and procedures while providing value to employees.Communicate
with management and team members to ensure that all needs are met.Resolve any specific problems and
tailor training programs
as necessary.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications
Required travel on an as needed basis; 3 weeks per month likely including some weekendsAbility to commute to the Plano, TX office as needed.Ability to maintain a full-time employment schedule of approximately 40 hours per week; extended hours may be requested or required.High School diploma from an accredited institution or equivalent GED required2 years of Dental software training experience preferredDenticon experience preferred

is a private equity backed Dental Support Organization (DSO) that acquires private practice dental office throughout the Southeastern United States and provides industry proven non-clinical support services to our dentist partners. Specifically, the SDP team assists dentists with payables and cash management, revenue cycle collections and payor relationships, inventory management, payroll administration, human resources, marketing, recruiting, and back-office management. With the benefits of scale and experience from professional management, partner dentists and their staff are free to focus their attention on the clinical side of the business.
