Summary:

Provides support for all value streams within the plant. Support roles include Saw, Briquetter, Parser, Job Coordinator, Material Handler, Receiving and Shipping.

Responsibilities:Properly complete required paperworkParticipate in daily preventative maintenance and cleaning scheduleComplete assigned support tasksMinimum required qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalencyBasic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimalsBasic computer skillsStrong focus on safety and quality initiativesIndustrial manufacturing experience preferredThe ideal candidate possesses the following experience, skills, and abilities:

Ability to work independently as well as contributing to the teamAbility to read, analyze and interpret drawings and blueprintsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram formAbility to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situationsAbility to organize time effectively, determine priorities, and move work forwardUnderstanding of basic metrologyKnowledge of bearing isolators is a plusDemonstrated ability to identify problems and suggest effective resolutionsStrong communication skills
