Level 1 Support Technician . You will join their team
onsite
in Plano, TX and provide end-user support. Top Candidates will have technical and customer service skills as well as strong commitment, follow-through, and reliability.
Duties and Responsibilities:Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as requiredImage and configure systemsComplete special projects as requestedFollow Asset Management policy and procedureSkills and Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating SystemsWorking knowledge of MS Office and basic business applicationsBasic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computingWalk-up and remote support service experienceiOS and Android working knowledgeGood communication skillsGood analytic / troubleshooting skillsGood customer support skills
