Our client is a prominent manufacturing company known for their commitment to excellence and innovation. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Application Analyst to join their team and play a pivotal role in migrating various internal systems to a comprehensive ERP application.
Job Description:
As the Application Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and supporting the migration of internal systems to an ERP application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application analysis, business process optimization, and experience with ERP implementations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and requirements for the migration project.Analyze existing internal systems and workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvement and alignment with the ERP application.Configure and customize the ERP application to meet the specific needs of the manufacturing environment.Work closely with end-users to provide training, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth transition to the new system.Participate in data migration activities and data cleansing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP application.Document and maintain system configurations, changes, and user manuals.Collaborate with the IT team and vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and implement enhancements as needed.Contribute to testing and quality assurance efforts, ensuring that the ERP application meets business requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience as an Application Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of ERP systems, including configuration and customization.Familiarity with database management and data migration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience with change management and user training is a plus.Manufacturing experience is a big plus!INDSEA1
