A financial services firm in Connecticut is currently seeking a new Performance Analyst - Private Credit for a promising opportunity with their growing team in Stamford.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work at least 3 days a week onsite.***
Responsibilities:
The Performance Analyst - Private Credit will:Design and develop reporting for Private Credit FundsCreate and maintain marketing materials (i.e., track record, performance updates, etc.)Prepare and review of quarterly investor reporting deliverablesPerforming ad hoc investor inquiries, as neededQualifications:
4+ years of experience at a Private Credit Fund, Hedge Fund or other Financial InstitutionBachelor's DegreeFamiliarity calculating performance and exposure metricsUnderstanding of key portfolio company financial metrics (EBITDA, Leverage, LTV, ICR)Excellent Excel skills, technically savvy and experienced in analyzing large data filesSolid analytical and research skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:
CFA or desire to pursue CFAExperience with programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, VBA)
