Architect, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise class wired and wireless networks.Consults with customers in pre-sales solutions engineering role.Escalation support for Network TechniciansHelp Desk Support6+ years of experienceCCNA or CWNA certification a plusExperience with Ruckus Wireless equipment in a production enterprise environmentExcellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Strong Layer 2/3 understandingStrong IPv4 skills including subnetting.Strong 802.11 WiFi and RF fundamentalsNetwork services such as NTP, DNS, DHCP, etcExperience with low latency applications such as voice and videoStrong IPv6 skillsExperience with Brocade ICX Series switches in a production enterprise environmentExperience with industry standard wired and wireless solutions from Cisco, HP (Aruba), etc.Experience with monitoring platforms that use SNMP, syslog, OpenFlow, S-Flow, etc.
They would like to find candidates who have a good grasp on fundamentals of Layer 2 Switching and Layer 2 Routing.
