About the Work
The Corporate Services Office facilitates the daily operations of the Source Directorate's business processes, procedures, training, communications and strategy. SB's mission is to ensure Source's organizational and operational effectiveness by providing timely delivery of corporate business services, strategic planning and management to support all corporate activities. SB's functions include the following:Managing Source daily operations.Managing Source TaskersManaging human capital and financial management, business processes, and procedures and advise Director/Deputy Director (D/DD) Source on corporate business decisionsDevelop and maintain the skills and expertise of the Source Directorate workforce through training and tradecraft development.Provide future-focused direction and prioritization of Agency resources aligned to capabilities and services to achieve strategic objectives.Manage and guide Source's administrative and staff functions including taskers, IT procurement, business continuity, policy, physical space, and executive support.Provide business planning, change management and communication expertise to enable Source to ensure the right message gets to the right person in the right format.Support the Government through strategic communications, collaborative engagement and secretariat responsibilities. Actively engage with the community members and partners as directed by the Government. Support preparation of read-ahead material. Develop, prepare and edit minutes, reports, communications products, presentations, talking points and other communications products, as required, which integrate a common functional management message.
Your Duties
Creation and maintenance of SharePoint pages and lists, Update of Access workbooks, and Excel pivot tables.Creation and maintenance of Tableau Dashboards, in coordination with HDC InfoAnalyticsPerform tracking and management of internal and external taskers.Generate and update spreadsheets/SharePoint, track deliverables; ensure all appropriate forms adhere to NGA/Source (NGA/S) guidance and policy.Review award submissions and narratives for clarity; ensure proper format; track submission in an existing database; acquire Source leadership approval for all honorary award submissions.Monitor and track overall award program, to include monetary and time off award, efforts and ensure compliance with policy and guidance.Monitor and track status of Source Table of Organization (TO )
Change Request forms to closure; alignment and compliance check with Objective Force model; existing SharePoint site is used for tracking and dissemination.Work and coordinate with all Source Groups, Career Services, and Human Development (HD) to facilitate coordination and adherence to polices and guidance.Coordinates with the HD Component Team to make the change to the organization structure, when the request is approved.Prepare and brief senior level decision briefing, tasker status and other materials requiring senior review.Required Skills and Experience
Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security ClearanceUS CitizenshipDemonstrated experience with Microsoft Suite, especially Access and SharePoint toolsDemonstrated experience in leveraging a range of data sources for an understanding of manpower, performance management, and awards program.Demonstrated experience with performing research, contributing to the preparation of analytical/technical reports, publications, graphics, and maintaining soft-copy files.Demonstrated experience with creating and maintaining databases, SharePoint, summary data, spreadsheets, graphic documents, and Tableau dashboards.Demonstrated experience with building complex functions, formulas and macros within Excel to extract data from large spreadsheets.
