System Administrator

The Systems Administrator will provide proactive and phone-based and onsite Tier 2 engineering support to clients as needed. Tier 2 engineering is defined as Intermediate level PC,Server, Software, Printer and Networking support across multiple vendors and platforms. Other duties include client system and network monitoring via centralized dashboards, client toolsmanagement (Endpoint management, malware protection, etc.), system imaging, system patching, and other proactive IT support processes. Other duties include security solutions management (firewalls, DNS Content Filtering, etc.), system patching, customer site system/server/network deployments, and other proactive IT support processes. Additionally, individuals may be called upon to provide proactive and phone-based and onsite Tier 1, 2 or 3 engineering support to clients as needed. Technical Skills Strong candidates will have 2-3 years of Systems Administration experience and should have intermediate Level, installation, configuration, support of the following: Windows desktop OS skills (Windows 7/8.1/10/11) Office application suite skills Apple MacOS skills (MacOS 10.x.y) Windows (Server 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022) and Linux server OS skills Network, UTM, Firewalls, Inter-intranet Virtualization skills (VMWare, Microsoft Hyper-V) MSO365 and Google apps Voip PBX, telecommunications Target salary is between $70-80k.
