Our client is seeking a healthcare BA for an onsite contract to hire position in Smithfield, RI . We need to limit the search to 10 0 mile radius of zip code 02814 . The candidate will be required to work from the office from day one.

6 monthsThis position is an entry to mid- level position responsible for the analysis, design, testing and implementation of configuration changes to support business requirements. In addition, this position is responsible for identifying areas of automation and enhancement to support and improve internal workflows.Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as a resource in facilitating the gathering of business requirements and required test cases for configuration changesWork with key project stakeholders to formulate and communicate business requirements and scope of projectWork with project stakeholders to translate their requirements into specifications technical staff can understand and also translate questions that technical staff has into a format the stakeholders can understandPerform all configuration changes within applicable software test environmentsResponsible for configuration, interface and application testingDevelop and execute test cases and documentation to support configuration changes/updates/additionsWork with stakeholders to validate test case resultsCoordinating and documenting for all configuration activity for change control and auditingResponsible for coordination of production turnover of all configuration work upon business owner sign offServe as subject matter expert for root cause analysis and issue resolutionCoordinate with the Application Support ticket tracking and bringing to resolution any software, configuration, EDI, ICES tickets that require updates to the test or production environmentsOversee process development and documentation for any new or altered functionality or business process. This will also include facilitating an annual audit of actual business processes versus what is documentedIdentify potential areas of automation and aid in re-engineering the underlying business processesRecommend and maintain standards for development of business cases and their documentationRequired:
ssociates degree and/or years of experience and background to equate to the degreeMinimum of two years of business analysis and system configuration experiencePrior experience in a Health Care organization or settingHealth Rules benefits and contract configuration experienceExperience with SQL queriesProficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and WordStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenPreferred:
