We are looking for an IT Support Technician to support this critical customer mission.Eligibility:Must be a US CitizenMust have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI (TS/SCI is preferred)Must be able to obtain DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability prior to starting2+ years of experience in lab management or systems administration experienceResponsibilities:

Providing support as needed to lab staff in the tasks of provisioning and issuing equipment to end users, as well as maintaining inventory database.Provision and provide support for Virtual Private Network (VPN) or Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (e.g., Cisco, Citrix, VMWare, AWS) to usersInventorying of IT assets to include, but not limited to, hardware and software, including licensesProviding advice and assistance to users in accessing and using the lab and responds to users' needs in a timely fashionAdministration and Maintenance of Apple products and Operating SystemsRequired Skills:

Experience with multiple operating systems, to include Linux/Unix & MacOSExperience with imaging workstations (Apple products preferred)Ability to provide clear written and oral communication at all levels of the organizationExperience establishing and maintaining good working relationships in all levels of the organization, including customers, external organizations, internal management, and peers.Desired Skills:

Proficiency and proven capability in the following areas:Asset management practices and principlesHardware and software provisioning practicesAuthentication and access management technologiesExperience with virtual desktops (Cisco, Citrix, VMWare, AWS)Experience supporting Virtual Private Network (VPNs)Experience with writing technical procedures and standard operating proceduresVirtualization automation and optimizationRequired Education: Minimum 4+ years lab management or systems administration experience with a High school diploma; or 2+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related disciplineDesired Certifications: DoD 8140.01 IAT Level II
