Position Overview/Responsibilities for the
PC Support Specialist
:This will be a hands-on position. This person will be on the go and required to travel to different city buildings to provide support. They will be working with a ticketing system for documenting and completing work. Will work with Windows profile management supporting information transfers between computers.
Required Skills for the
PC Support Specialist:2+ years of experience with deployment/support of desktops and laptops2+ Years of experience supporting current Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Operating Systems2+ Years of experience providing software support for desktop applications2+ Years of experience with direct involvement in hardware break-fix processes for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
