Onsite IT Service Desk Specialist
for one of our top clients onsite in

Responsibilities of the IT Service Desk Specialist:
Review and deal with customer ticketsSupport remote workers, virtual desktops and telecomUse Active Directory to assign security groups, password resets, etc.Work on projects with the department moving, participating and coordinatingWork alongside IT director and PMWork within a team setting but also comfort in working independently with ticketing systemTroubleshoot computer issuesQualifications of the IT Service Desk Specialist:
Intermediate service desk experienceA+ certificationWindows Microsoft experienceActive DirectoryCitrtix/VMware horizonRemote or VDI experienceExcellent customer service skillsWhat's in it for you?
