Required Skills for the IT Support Desk:Someone whose coming from a busy environment, someone who is dependable, someone who can get through 30-40 calls a day, able to keep a positive attitude, and someone who is focused on
customer service.1 -3 years of professional experience in computer science / IT Help Desk Support within the Healthcare IndustryTechnical Skills: A lot of what we do is desktop support, standard desktop support skills. This person will need to be coming from a role where they do PC troubleshooting, windows, network, & printer troubleshooting.Must have Active DirectoryMust be comfortable performing tasks beyond just password resets, they must know imaging, network troubleshooting, & hardware repairs as wellNice to Have Skills:
Experience with ServiceNow or Citrix
