Job Description
Oracle Technical analyst is responsible for the design & development of RICE-W in the Oracle Federal Financial modules. Support all technical activities and follow the processes outlined to follow CMMI Level3. Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents. Meet with the customer and manage the analysis through design and development phases related to Oracle modules. Produce all work products and deliverables with quality and on schedule.
Qualifications5+ years' experience in Oracle Financials R12/R11 and Oracle databasesStrong in PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, BI Publisher, Alerts and Workflow development (customizations and extensions)Ability to provide technical support for Oracle Federal Financial modules that include Fed Admin (FV), AP, AR, GL and POMonitoring and support of Production data interfaces between the core Oracle Federal Financials application and external federal systems pertaining to travel, contracts and procurement.Experience with EDI Interfaces, using X12 standardsStrong technical knowledge of OA Framework developmentExperience with shell/Perl scriptingKnowledge of Control MPerform technical analysis of patches and open SRs with the product owner as requiredPerform impact analysis of the product updates released periodically by the vendorStrong knowledge of developing interfaces and conversion routinesProvide operational support in Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financial Modules on a daily basisTroubleshoot and resolve the technical issues reported by usersExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
