We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager/Scrum Master
to join our client's growing software engineering team. In this role, you will oversee and guide scrum teams and you will report directly to the Director of Software Engineering. This is a 100% on-site position. We offer competitive compensation plus 15% bonus.

Position Overview:
As the
Project Manager/Scrum Master , you will:serve as the project leader of the in-house team focused on the development of quality software in support of business objectives.work on the development of an un-biased framework to establish priority and be able to use that framework to categorize each project based on the established and approved framework.ensure that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentor and motivate the teams to improve processes, facilitate meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminate team impediments.have prior experience with project management and people leadership in an Agile software development environment.We strongly encourage you to apply
if you are meticulous and organized and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment; demonstrated ability to work with the Product Owner to help prioritize key projects and drive to completion; capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
How we measure success:
On time delivery of project priorities as agreed upon by the organizationMake suggestions, remove roadblocks on project and find ways to improve team and project successBe a strong leader to deliver and hold team accountableSuccessfully manage across multiple project types with resources in multiple time zonesRoll out of software that is performant and of high qualityProactively communicate with executive and management team around delays and deliveriesOverall, be assertive, possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate successful delivery of projects based on time, quality and budgetRequirements:
Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes in a timely mannerDemonstrate outstanding project leadership skills to ensure delivery of projects on time and on budgetMonitor the performance of development resources and adjust as needed to ensure successful software roll out every sprint cycleSuccessfully manage within the confines of time, cost and quality across multiple initiatives and multiple time zonesEnsure the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.Organize business analysis and quality assurance functions as they relate to software developmentOwn the weekly/bi-weekly software roll out ceremonies and drive change as neededPrepare and present status reports to stakeholders on key performance indicatorsBe proactive in communicating potential delays to leadership and be able to seek help when projects are in jeopardyQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experienceCertified scrum master with at least 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in web development or eCommerceExperience leading and managing mid-size to large software projectsExperience with multiple Project Management disciplines is desiredMeticulous attention to detail and extremely self-organizedDriven self-starter that is goal orientedStrong knowledge of Agile Scrum ceremoniesStrong communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Perks and Benefits:
