The payrange for this position is between 120K-140K

Minimum Education and Experience:

-Bachelor's degree in related technical area or technical training/experience equivalent required .

-At least 5-8 years' experience working in cloud and desktop engineering roles required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

•Support, troubleshoot and maintain mission critical applications such as MECM, JAMF, ScreenConnect, Active Directory Tools, and Azure virtual desktop/software virtualization.•Create, test and maintain standard desktop images and software for use in deployment to IT maintained devices; leverage Autopilot and Intune to accomplish these main desktop functions.•Create, test and maintain Group Policies and maintain the Active Directory structure used for IT maintained devices.•Test, deploy and report on the deployment of security patches and software to IT maintained devices.•Employs scripting and automation to deploy software, gather system data, and resolve issues at a large scale.•Deploying, configuring, integrating and managing private and public cloud platforms (MS Azure & A WS)•Configure, test, and support cloud-based servers and services responsible for data transfers across trading partners•Performing the daily duties of Azure & AWS deployments, configuration tuning, troubleshooting, scripting, cost analysis and maintenance•Responsible for helping to train new and existing staff, mentor and collaborate with your teammates as required.•Develop and revise procedures for the department and identify continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

•Experience with Windows server administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy management •• •Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Azure based services such as Intune and Aut_0pi1ot, lAMF for Apple product management (iPads and MacBooks)•Developing and implementing patch management policies and procedures that align with organizational End User goals and compliance requirements.•Manage Group Policy settings for Windows environments, including the creation and deployment of GPOs for security- related settings•Knowledge on PowerShell scripting•Maintaining accurate records of patch deployment and status, and reporting on patch management metrics and KPls.•Testing patches and updates in a safe environment before deploying them to End User systems.•Tracking and reporting on patching progress and compliance with patch management policies and procedures•Staying up to date with industry best practices and emerging threats in patch management.•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex patching issues.•Strong knowledge of Windows 10 systems management and troubleshooting.•Independent problem-solver. Sorts through issues and conducts comparative analysis of multiple solutions.•Ability to effectively deliver services in a high-volume environment.•Ability to effectively lead project efforts in a manner consistent with standard PMO practices.•Available to work after hours and weekends, as required.•Able to work in a team environment or independently required.
