Spectrum is seeking highly qualified Tech Representative to support our proposal for a new program located in Norfolk, VA.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
As a Technical Representative, you should have a minimum of three (3) years of job-related experience managing NMCI/NGEN toolsets and asset management systems (such as NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET)). They should also possess the ability to communicate effectively (both written and oral) with Government civilian, Military personnel, and other Contractors at all levels of staff and management to ensure customer satisfaction and requirements are fully met.
Requirements
General Experience: The candidate should have at least five (5) years of experience as an IT Customer Technical Representative (CTR).
Specialized Experience: The candidate must meet operational requirements and hold minimum credentials based on DoD 8570.01-M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, DoD 8140.01.
Under this task, the contractor will:
Prepare activity reports and progress reports related to the information systems audit functions.Provide activity-specific input with the aim of obtaining maximum service support in accordance with the terms of the NMCI/NGEN contract.Provide service delivery oversight, technical support, and interpretation of DoD/DoN IT policies and procedures as well as the NMCI/NGEN contract.Act as the focal point for command input to the Regional CTR regarding NMCI orders, requirements, service delivery, payment entitlement, and contractor performance.Act as the primary interface for IT issues with the site directorate IT representatives and provide guidance and direction to these personnel in relation to NMCI and third-party requirements and issues.Provide technical oversight and disseminate guidance to customers based on communications from USFF and NMCI.Develop and maintain a standardized repeatable process for obtaining metrics for budget, administrative, and asset data.Review and analyze IT asset data in the NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET).Develop and integrate user account management and other account management processes (e.g., file share/disk space management, MAC requests, content management, etc.).Provide support and communicate with customer service representatives to resolve account creation or logical move issues.
