We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our collaborative, mission-driven, dynamic, and innovative campus technology team. Bring your strong communication skills, passion for process improvement, and professional business analyst experience to assist our client campus in implementing enterprise data and reporting solutions to improve business processes and operational excellence. You'll collaborate across the university to implement efficient enterprise data and reporting solutions to manage business processes.

Onsite Requirement: Monday-Friday in Fresno, CA

Responsibilities

Consult with the current campus partners to review current or new business processes to determine how our enterprise applications can support and improve these processesAnalyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or optimizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams including academic departments and administration, to align systems with organizational goalsDevelop and implement data management strategies for efficient and secure handling of academic and administrative dataEnsure compliance with data protection regulations and best practicesProtect and ensure the stability and integrity of the institutional business systemsEvaluate potential risks to the service and applications, develop mitigation plans and recommendations, facilitate decisions.Respond to and resolve incidents reported by end users regarding our Enterprise ApplicationsProvide monitoring and management of enterprise applicationsCreate and maintain documentation related to services, solutions, and interfacesProvide training, documentation, communication, and facilitate testing for major projects or releasesQualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree, 2-4 years of relevant experience analyzing business processesExperience with SoftDocs or similar Enterprise Content Management tools such as OnBase, Hyland, Kuali BuildStrong MIS experience, particularly database management systemsAbility to think logically and analyze large data setsAbility to document business processes, evaluate process efficiency and recommend process improvementsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsDetail oriented and able to develop innovative ideas with minimal supervisionExcellent organizational and time management skillsExcel in interpreting data for institutional assessment and planning purposes

Preferred:Experience with Web programming such as HTML and JavaScriptExperience with database programming and utilities such as MSSQL or MySQLExperience with a Student Information System such as ColleagueExperience with importing data into a CRM such as Salesforce

$24 - $25 an hour

The estimated base salary range for this job is $24-$25/hour. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that CampusWorks reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; required travel; and other business, contractual, and organizational needs.

This job is also eligible to participate in CampusWorks' annual profit-sharing program, which reflects CampusWorks' pay for performance philosophy. The job is also eligible to participate in CampusWorks' generous benefit offerings, which include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k retirement plan, and other health and wellness plans.

The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
