Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Epic HomeHealth Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the configuration, testing, and optimization of the Epic HomeHealth module, which facilitates the management of home health services and patient care in a home setting. The successful candidate will collaborate with home health staff, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective utilization of the HomeHealth system to streamline home health workflows and enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with home health staff and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Epic HomeHealth module implementations, enhancements, and optimizations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Participate in the configuration, testing, and implementation of HomeHealth system changes, including care plan templates, visit scheduling workflows, and documentation requirements, to support efficient and effective home health services delivery.

Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training sessions as needed to ensure efficient and effective use of the HomeHealth system by clinical staff and administrators.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance system functionality, usability, and performance, leveraging best practices and industry standards.

Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation, including system configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials, to support effective system utilization and knowledge transfer across the organization.

Stay current with industry trends and developments in home health services, healthcare regulations, and healthcare information technology to inform system optimizations and enhancements, contributing to the organization's strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience working in home health operations or healthcare information systems, with a strong understanding of home health services delivery and regulatory requirements.

Familiarity with home health management systems, preferably Epic HomeHealth or similar EHR platforms, is preferred but not required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, effectively addressing operational challenges and improving workflow efficiency.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including home health clinicians, administrators, IT professionals, and external vendors.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established timelines, maintaining accuracy and consistency in system configuration and documentation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment, adapting to changing priorities and effectively managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
