Headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana, we thrive on building communities, building teams, building leaders and growing the business throughout the Southeast region with additional teams currently in Nashville and Huntsville.About the RoleWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Director who is passionate about leading the Talent Acquisition strategy through great recruiting and collaborative partnerships to the business leaders across WJP. The TA Director will report to the Chief People Officer and will develop and execute a forward-focused strategy that is best in class and has a significant impact as we expand into new businesses and new cities.

This role will allow you to be an innovative thinker, by successfully enhancing a variety of approaches for a multi-faceted recruitment strategy. Interacting with senior leaders, this role affords you the opportunity to highlight leadership, strong operational expertise, team development, agility, and measurable results.

You will work directly with an existing People & Marketing team that is committed to building great teams, great leaders, and an innovative company. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our recruitment process. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and the ability to work with senior leaders to grow great teams.

Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the talent acquisition strategic vision that cultivates a high-performance environment, has a diverse slate of candidates and ensures that the company has a talent pipeline made up of great individuals.Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to conducting interviews, due diligence, and extending employment offers.Position the company as a great place to work and design & execute branding strategy with the Marketing team.Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations for competitive attraction strategies.Manage the Campus Recruiting program, including selecting target schools, championing recruiting teams and building brand recognition of internship and full-time opportunities.Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with leadership, potential candidates and existing staff, to promote a strong sense of engagement and commitment.Continuously improve the selection process and hiring decisions that reflect the business needs.Create strategies that creatively differentiate ourselves in the marketplace that disrupt our current traditional recruiting practices.

Further development of our Talent Communities, both internal and external, to ensure we continue to pipeline Future Skills for our business.Qualifications10+ years of talent acquisition experience, 5+ years managing companywide projects.Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Superior verbal and written communication skills; Excellent presentation, interpersonal, counseling, influencing and negotiation skills.Excellent leadership and critical thinking skills.Ability to influence conversations and work through building of relationships.Ability to work on multiple initiatives and projects and prioritize based on business needs and impacts.Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint presentation, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking SystemsTrack record of developing sourcing strategies such as

internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, campus recruiting and job postings, that
