We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong ability to cultivate new leads through active prospecting, growing relationships and accounts, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Strobel provides services within the following core competencies: Engineering, EPC, Construction, Fabrication and Operations for the industrial and energy industries including the energy transition and emerging markets (Renewables, SAF, Decarbonization, Electrification, Battery Storage, Hydrogen, etc).DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSkillfully network to identify key decision-makers to open doors to new opportunities.Deliver new accounts and grow existing accounts with a team-oriented business development approach.Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing Teams to set and achieve strategic initiatives.Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Strobel’s capabilities and identifying new markets for growth opportunities.Research and maintain a thorough understanding of competitor products and services.Uncover and fully understand client’s current state, desired state and needs in order to develop a strategic plan to achieve the client’s goals.Support the preparation and deliver effective, detailed, professional sales proposals and communicate them effectively to various levels of the client’s organization.Effectively utilize the Company CRM and Business Development Playbook and promote its use among the team.Identify and evaluate technical, strategic and commercial structures that will support successful project execution.KPIs: Acquisition of new business resulting in 20% YoY gross revenue increase.Maintain client relationships and conduct periodic surveys throughout the project lifecycle.Other duties as may be required or assigned.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience (7 – 10 years)Demonstrate commitment to Strobel Core Values: Dedication, Integrity, Get It Done & SafetyStrong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communicationDetail oriented and client-focusedDemonstrated experience and industry knowledgeProven track record in sales in industrial construction and energy industryProven ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a teamPositive attitude toward producing resultsWillingness to travelKey character traits: life-long learner, honest, thorough, tenacious and drivenThe ideal candidate would be located in our corporate office in Clarks or Omaha, NebraskaEqual Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.#J-18808-Ljbffr
