The Director of Sales is responsible for developing and executing the global sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across multiple regions and markets. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and establishing strong relationships with key clients and partners. The Director of Sales will work closely with senior management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, market trends, and competitive landscape.Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas across various geographic regions and markets.Team Leadership: Manage and lead a global sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales personnel.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats. Adjust sales strategies accordingly.Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure strong customer satisfaction and loyalty.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and efficient execution of sales strategies.Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to provide senior management with insights into sales performance, market trends, and potential risks.Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired results within approved financial guidelines.Sales Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve the sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.International Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the company's global footprint by entering new markets and forging strategic partnerships.Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers to establish mutually beneficial agreements and contracts.Performance Metrics: Set clear performance metrics and KPIs for the sales team and monitor progress toward goals. Take corrective actions as necessary.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in global sales management, preferably in a similar industry or market. Wholesale and fashion industry experience is a big plus.Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and competitive data to formulate effective sales strategies.Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, Microsoft Office suite (Excel is a must) and Blue Cherry software.Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.Multilingual skills could be an asset, depending on the company's global reach.Strong business acumen and understanding of international business practices.Salary:
