The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Global (multi-channel) Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the intimate apparel field. Intimate apparel is one of the fastest growing segments of the fashion industry with continued opportunity for growth. This position works in our Miami, Florida office.

About the job

The Global Sales Manager is responsible for driving top line revenue across accounts/channels while forecasting and budgeting the effects of promotions, GWP, and COOP on margin. The Global Sales Manager will work proactively to manage and grow the relationship and sales opportunities with our accounts in different channels. The Global Sales Manager will be expected to support our accounts by reacting quickly and efficiently to customer issues, establishing relationships and driving sales. The Global Sales Manager will have to adapt quickly to organizational changes in the company due to the growth and its related business models (Business 2 business, Business 2 consumer and distributorship). The Global Sales Manager will also be in charge of developing export which is a new opportunity for our company.

You are a highly motivated self-starter with a strategic vision, excellent organizational skills, and plenty of experience on multi-channel distribution (brick and mortar, ecommerce, distributor, direct to consumer, etc.). You excel at cross-functional management, organizational communication, and motivating people to accomplish shared goals. You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing entrepreneurial environment. Your organizational skills allow you to stay on top of multiple projects at the same time. You move fluidly from strategic thinking to detailed execution - you can see both the forest and the trees, as the situation requires for a mid-size business.

Develop Strategies and Tactics to grow business:Internal and external engagement and alignment of tasks necessary to implement the channel specific strategiesIdentify opportunities to increase sales and product assortment merchandising experience is a plus.Create an annual business plan with sales targets and build a marketing plan in order to gain customer commitments allowing the execution of the business planMonitor and adjust customer strategies as business changesBe on top of marketplace changes, anticipating shifts that lead to new opportunities.Execute sales strategy and monitor customer performance:Gather and analyze customer performance data (e.g. run rates, inventory levels, recent sell through, etc.) as well as forecast dataParticipation in the design and execution of the go to market strategy.Manage channels considering our inventory levels to optimize the turnaround of our inventory with our plannerInfluence customer sales through strategic using promotions, incentives, advertising support and display allowancesCreate and follow new collection introduction process and communicate with customers to gain placement of new collections (new season)Educate customer on our Brand DNA and collections.Communicate and provide appropriate feedback from customer:On Brand Marketing, pricing, and promotions.Understand opportunities to improve exposure of the brand at the account level, social media level and any other.With Supply Chain Management for collaborative planning forecasting and replenishment.Maintain brand and product knowledge:Participate in design of the collection's trend and mood boards to understand the DNA of the next collections.Work with Design Director in order to understand the master calendar.Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape.Manage schedule and handle administrative tasks:Manage a team of inside Sales Coordinators, Account Manager and Key Account Manager.Complete weekly sales reports.Manage an up and coming e commerce team in need of directions and guidance due to the direct to consumer business model as well as our brand trying to position as such.Capable of dealing with private label accounts besides your management role.Negotiate Vendor Agreements including revising growth incentive structuresAttend multiple trade showsRequirements:

Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and work in an entrepreneurial fast paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to clearly, concisely and intelligently communicate to a variety of potential audiences (existing customers, potential customers, co-workers, vendors, etc.)Must be able to form lasting relationships over the phone, in person and via emailStrong leadership skillsPosition is located in Miami, FloridaEducational and Previous Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business preferredMBA preferred but not mandatory7+ years of business-to-business sales and account management experience in the fashion industry, wholesale, ecommerce.Experience working with large multi-door accountsAbility and willingness to travel.Fit with our Core Values:
