Department: Telemetry This is the Night Shift Job that starts at 19:00 to 07:30 Hours Roles & Responsibilities Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. QUALIFICATIONS Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. Minimum of 2 years of Experience as a Travel Register Nurse. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing required EOW, EOH At least 2 years inpatient hospital experience and previous rehab setting experience. At least 1.5 yrs of telemetry experience Travel experience required May need to float to sites within 40 miles Requirements: COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster. SKILLS/ ABILITIES/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills. Participates in relevant continuing education programs. Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients. Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise. A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital. Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
