Primary responsibilities include:

Configuring, Troubleshooting and Diagnosing of the Cisco Routers, Switches, Sonic Wall Firewall, Cisco VoIP Telephony systems, Wireless Controllers.Experience with Routers, Switches, Velo Cloud SD-WANs, SonicWall Firewalls, VoIP, CUCM, Unity, UCCX administration and scripts.Upgrade the network infrastructure with High Availability and include integration of new technologies with architecture support of Infrastructure projects and troubleshoot system issues.Experience with voice infrastructure which includes Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Cisco Unified Presence, Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and UCCX.Possess a solid understanding of and have experience with the following network technologies and application protocols: ARP, 802.1q, NAT, ACLs, IPSEC, SNMP, LDP, WAN, LAN, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, SSH, LDAP, SMTP, TCP/IP, QoS, Cisco UCS server and ACL.Configure the resources in UCCX and hands on experience to develop the scripts as per the company requirement. Solid understanding on PRI and SIP trunks.Ensure network connectivity throughout company's LAN/SD-WAN infrastructure. Maintain integrity of the network, VoIP, security and 24/7 availability.Implement and maintain network intrusion prevention/detection systems, Gateway Anti-Virus, Content filtering and Advance threat protection.Work is performed in both a general office environment, as well as a data center environment. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in TCP/IP addressing and calculations.Strong troubleshooting skills in Cisco routing, switching, Cisco Voice, Firewalls and Ubiquiti wireless infrastructure.Perform disaster recovery, configuration backups and replacing the network hardware components when required. Monitor the network performance using monitoring tools and determine if any adjustments need to be made.Diagnose and fix problems or potential problems with the network and its hardware, software and systems, and plan for disaster recovery.Schedule and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairs for over 20 locations during the maintenance window.Prepare technical documentation to communicate ideas, concepts and details necessary to accomplish specific goals. Manage and utilize tools to administer and monitor network circuits and equipment.Qualifications Required:

CCNA routing and switching or Voice is required (higher certification is Preferred)Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.Ability to quickly implement, administer and trouble shoot the network infrastructure.Must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with staff, customers, and external vendors.Experience working in a team-oriented, enterprise, collaborative environment.Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field (Master's Preferred).Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.Experience with Cisco Networking (Cisco switches, routers, Cisco IP Telephony, Firewalls)
