White Collar Defense & Investigations Associate – Boston

Annual salary: $250,000 – $345,000We are looking to speak with litigation associates to join our client’s unmatched and busy White Collar & Governments practice group in Boston.This is an opportunity to join an experienced trial team, well versed in securities enforcement matters, shareholder disputes and actions, complex commercial litigation, internal investigations, and regulatory compliance.Our client navigates clients through all phases of criminal and regulatory enforcement proceedings. You will investigate allegations of misconduct, often in response to a government inquiry, a whistleblower complaint, or an internal report. You will conduct internal investigations for public and private companies, NGOs, portfolio companies of venture capital and private equity firms, and audit and special committees.Our client’s client portfolio comprises companies who operate across the industrial spectrum including in the technology, life sciences, finance, energy and consumer goods sectors.The work is rewarding, the team is fantastic, and the career development and market exposure is the next level.
