This is a Los Angeles-based opportunity to join a team of litigators who have experience defending clients facing numerous types of allegations, including:Fraud claimsPrice-fixing, bid-rigging, and other antitrust claimsCorruption and bribery chargesConsumer fraud claimsAnti-kickback and whistleblower statute violationsExport controls and FCPA violationsYou will work in a close-knit national team to represent clients before all federal enforcement agencies, including the DOJ, SEC, FTC, CFTC, IRS, and FINRA, as well as in conjunction with criminal probes led by various state attorneys general.If you have experience in both civil and criminal white collar law, whether from claims of fraud or business torts to securities class actions, we would be interested to discuss this opportunity with you.
