The Role:

The role of Client Platform Engineer is to solve our most difficult IT infrastructure problems and build upstream the architecture to avoid them. You should be comfortable in guiding the IT team as the technical subject matter expert. We applaud creative ingenuity and want that passion to be brought into the management of our technical platforms. This is a hybrid role; 3 days (Tuesday-Thursday) in-office based out of our NYC HQ. We will consider full time remote for the right candidate.

If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the qualifications.How You Will Make an Impact:Troubleshoot and diagnose issues pertaining to IT hardware, software, enterprise systems and networkingBe the point of escalation on issues unresolved from Level 2 IT supportPrioritize and schedule problem resolution, escalating, when necessary, to managementOccasionally, provide at the elbow support as well as remote help desk support for company employees. This includes imaging workstations, setting up user accounts, installing applications, troubleshooting, and system maintenanceField incoming support requests from end-users via ticketing system, telephone, email, and Slack. Pay Transparency.

DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
