As a Senior Internal Recruiter, you will drive Fleek’s growth by sourcing, attracting and hiring top performing talent across the business. You will embed best-in-class technologies and processes to finesse the full recruitment journey, source talent and foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.As with any position in the company, your role is to solve business growth problems. We at Fleek believe every person solves for core business metrics!Deliver in-role candidates for Fleek’s existing UK recruitment pipeline and beyondEstablish effective sourcing strategies to identify and manage candidates across multiple rolesEmbed hiring processes, technologies and templates to streamline complex searches and hiring at volumeDeliver a best-in-class candidate experience at each recruitment stage and develop a data-led approach to reporting and continuous improvementEffective collaboration with hiring teams to manage hiring requestsRequirements

Have proven experience in recruitment in fast-pace, startup environmentsCross-function experience with experience placing candidates across growth, operations, product and engineering rolesDemonstrated talent magnet - has a strong contact list and a track record of finding great talentFast and collaborative learner has an innate ability to understand complex and nuanced recruitment requests across business functionsCan manage pipeline activity, candidate experience across multiple roles with easePassion for recruitment - must be a high EQ, passionate individual that prioritises both the needs of the business with a great candidate experienceAn obsession with data and insights for reporting and a continuously improving recruitment engineBenefits
