This position is onsite at the firm’s Fort Lauderdale, Florida office. Ideal candidates must be Florida barred, have experience drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts, and will have prior large case and/or firm experience.
Qualifications
Must have a Florida Bar license in good standingMust have 3-4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation; prior large case and/or firm experience is preferredMust have excellent academic credentialsMust have experience drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courtsMust have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsMust be detail-orientedMust be motivated to learn and grow professionally
