Make a difference every day!Job Purpose (Job Summary):Assist with the financial management and operational oversight of the Invesco Real Estate public and private non-listed REIT equity and debt funds.Key Responsibilities / Duties:Assist with fund balance sheet management, including liquidity, investor flows, and financing.Run financial model scenarios, projections and sensitivities related, but not limited to, fund performance, debt covenants, and valuations.Analyze, interpret, and effectively communicate the results.Maintain fund and competitor dashboards, debt database, liquidity forecasts, fund models, and other data.Assist with the coordination and oversight of third-party service providers and fund administrators.Review competitor materials, public filings and financial statements to extract relevant information.Ensure fund track records are accurately and timely maintained.Help with ad hoc projects, including RFP/DDQ requests and special investor/consultant requests.Manage day-to-day workflow/activities and review of the Hyderabad team counterpart; help identify additional opportunities for work transfer, efficiencies, and training.Maintain working knowledge of fund goals, objectives, investment guidelines, and competitor landscape.Other projects and initiatives.Work Experience / Knowledge:2-4 years in real estate investment or private equity environmentCommercial real estate equity and debt experience a plusFamiliarity with open-end funds and/or high net worth/retail investors a plusSkills / Other Personal Attributes Required:Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and forecastingExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial dataExperience in reviewing public filings and financial statementsInitiative to learn and take on tasks; self-starter with natural curiosityStrong written and oral communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teamsSolid understanding of investment, fund, and accounting conceptsStrong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitaskFormal Education:Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-Related PreferredWorking Conditions:Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust, and temperatures.The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 10 pounds is also necessary.Occasional travel may be required.Full Time / Part Time:Full timeWorker Type:EmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No):YesWorkplace Model:At Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
