UFP Industries is looking for a driven, experienced, analytical, and results-oriented Manager of Brand and Creative. As owner of the brand vision for UFP Industries, its Segments, and Business Units, the Manager of Brand and Creative will lead and implement the strategic development and execution of brand priorities and communications across the company. Candidates must have a deep understanding of brand building and a passion for developing, implementing, managing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns.This role will require a strategic leader with experience leading the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategy and communications, as well as print, digital, and visual brand language. Success in this role will be based on the ability to inspire, lead, and build best-in-class breakthrough creative while ensuring a cohesive and innovative brand presence and customer experience across various touchpoints and platforms. UFP’s Manager of Brand and Creative will be a strong visual storyteller who enjoys working with brands, is intrigued with customer behavior, brand marketing activities, and delivering creative that drives business growth.The right candidate for this role must be able to navigate between day-to-day business deliverables and helping develop a long-term course for growth and success for UFP Segment and Business Unit brands. The position will require equal parts imagination and execution. UFP's Manager of Brand and Creative will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.Principle Duties And Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive corporate brand audits and analyses to develop a creative brand vision, brand architecture, naming conventions, brand guidelines and stewardship for UFP Industries brands. Utilize insights from Segments and Business Units (BUs) to craft and execute brand messaging and communications aimed to achieve business goals.Shape, guide, and manage the overall creative direction for the UFP Industries brands to ensure alignment with brand values, objectives, and target audiences. This will involve meticulous planning, organizing, and implementing consistent design principles, processes, policies, and tools to meet strategic and design deliverables and production timelines.Use brand audits to evaluate the need for rebranding efforts – whether a partial brand refresh or a complete rebrand – to create opportunities to build reach and awareness.Develop brand guidelines and standards for mergers and acquisitions to fit into existing UFP brand architecture.Set goals of a rebrand to be used as a marketing strategy designed to appeal to new target audiences, merge multiple products or brands, streamline or expand services, improve brand sentiment, modernize the brand, or boost brand awareness.Develop, lead, evolve, and reinforce the brand’s visual identity and brand voice to maintain a consistent and compelling brand presence across all Segments and BU touchpoints. Implement short and long-term creative strategies to advance the UFP Industries brand, meeting defined strategic priorities to enhance brand value and drive sales.Develop creative briefs and the briefing process to facilitate clear and thorough communication from the beginning of a marketing project. This process will help articulate the vision and justify the benefits while defining target audiences, deliverables, and success metrics.Participate in product development by helping understand target audiences through buyer personas and user stories, providing information about target market and competitors, while encouraging flexibility in idea generation and implementation. Contribute to product naming considering name theory, consumer opinions, emotional reactions, and visceral responses during the process.Oversee and obtain estimates from creative agency partners and establish/maintain project timelines with team input and approval. Assist in managing internal team brand reviews, timelines, and budgets for projects, programs, and brand marketing campaigns. Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders.Support Segments and BUs by taking a lead role in managing and participating in best-in-class creative agency partnerships. Drive optimal output and foster highly productive relationships to ensure a consistent level of excellence and value for UFP Industries brands.Oversee visual and strategic feedback of campaigns to ensure deliverables are not only graphically appealing but also align with the established brand guidelines, the creative brief, and overall marketing strategy. Collaborate across functional departments to critique and help implement creative assets, and accommodate requests for logos, artwork, website design, email campaigns, print and digital ads, collateral, and signage.Coordinate, manage, and upload new creative assets for global access in an online repository. Work closely with marketing teams, empowering them to achieve objectives by providing on-brand communication materials, managing the image library, and offering guidance on brand asset requests.Coach and mentor teammates to instill a vibrant creative culture, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Encourage open communication and idea-sharing among team members, bringing passion and capability to every opportunity to aid in the growth and protection of the UFP Industries brand.Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.The role will also be a Senior Level Creative Manager/Designer and provide creative strategy and resources to: Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, UFP Business School.Qualifications

Ten (10)+ years of experience in a large marketing department, creative/brand agency, or hands-on brand marketing, emphasizing creative development, strategic brand management, or related subject matter.Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite software and related design tools.A portfolio showcasing brand-focused work.Proven experience collaborating with creative professionals, including copywriters and graphic designers, guiding projects from design brief to final implementation to achieve strategic business goals.Effective communication skills with key internal stakeholders and partners within the organization.Strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking and efficiently managing a large and diverse workload amid changing deadlines and priorities.Willingness and ability to travel as needed.Successful completion of a drug test.The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
