Insights Integration: Assist in integrating qualitative and quantitative insights to inform experience design decisions.User Flow Optimization: Contribute to mapping and optimizing user flows for crucial touchpoints in the customer journey.Production Design Support: Support production design tasks throughout the lifecycle, guided by senior team members.UI Consistency: Assist in maintaining consistency in UI components, interactions, and visuals within the design system.Full Lifecycle Design Participation: Participate in design activities across the product development lifecycle, from wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes.User Research and Persona Development: Contribute to user research, persona development, user flows, and information architecture.Collaborative Design Execution: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to bring designs from concept to development.Project Management: Contribute to multiple simultaneous projects, learning to maintain focus for efficient and timely delivery.UX Writing Optimization: Learn and contribute to optimizing UX writing, including microcopy, error messages, and interface content.Usability and Conversion Practices: Embrace usability and conversion rate best practices, guided by senior team members.Qualifications & Experience Requirements

1-2 years of experience within a product design team.Basic understanding and exposure to wireframing, prototyping, and visual asset creation.Familiarity with interaction design, visual design, and design research principles.Eagerness to learn and contribute to design initiatives across the product development lifecycle.Exposure to shipping designed products.Good communication and collaboration skills.An online portfolio of past work.Enthusiasm for designing innovative consumer experiences and interfaces.Experience with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.About You
