The ideal candidate is someone who thrives amidst the challenges of a fast-paced, start-up environment and possesses a natural bent towards innovative thinking and making an impact. Manage a portfolio of projects including the project plan, timelines, milestones, performance metrics, and/or resource needs.Communicate the program status and risk to relevant stakeholders and hold them accountable for following the established schedule, risk mitigation plans, and processes.Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, driving project alignment and buy-in, balancing goals and assessing the best way forward in a complex environment.Lead and co-work with all cross-functional teams to achieve project targets and escalate blockers and delays.Monitor and report on the progress of all project activity including significant milestones and conditions which would affect project cost or schedule.Collaborate and consult with executive leadership, stakeholders, project leads and executive leadership to clarify and define project requirements.Collect, organize and analyze data to create impactful reports that highlight our Key Performance Indicators.Keep stakeholder communication strong with project updates and task prioritization.Assist in chasing down and defining requirements for complex team requests.Conduct regular project reviews and communicate the status of projects in both formal and informal settings.Develop detailed project plans, setting clear milestones and deliverables.Who You Are:

3-5 years of project management experience with taking products through concept, design, manufacturing, integration, and rollout.Ability to drive projects from start to finish, from ideation through implementation.Analytical and metrics-driven.Proactive, results-oriented and able to learn quickly.Comfortable with change and ambiguity. Able to adjust to multiple demands while constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints.Ability to identify and articulate complex cross-functional dependencies, synthesize findings into key takeaways.Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to be an honest advocate, willing to push back when needed.Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of software-based project management tools and procedures.Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).Personal Success Characteristics:
