Generating referrals and converting admissions to meet facility goalsAn understanding of insurances and managed care plans to appropriately place patientsConduct tours of the facility with potential residents and their family membersMarketing the facility as the preferred provider within our hospitals and communityCompleting and processing admission paperwork and reportingDevelopment and execution of Strategic Marketing PlansRoom readiness and customer service initiativesUtilization of EHR systems and hospital portal managementQualifications Director of Admissions and Marketing:
High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious Admissions/Marketing experience in LTC/SNFMust be familiar with Dauphin County, PAEffective Communication skillsA leaderSerious applicantsInterest in the geriatric population
