Nature of Work:
Under the supervision of the REACH Program Supervisor, will provide full performance level coordination of health care services for children and adults enrolled in the Resident’s Access to a Coalition of Health (REACH) Program. Will determine eligibility and enrollment for all English and Spanish-speaking applicants, provide assistance with accessing available resources within the REACH network, other state and county programs and pharmacy assistance programs. Serves as a link between the client, the REACH network, the Anne Arundel County Department of Health and the community.Minimum Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED).Experience:
Two years applying policies in a medical care, health insurance or federal or State entitlement program, and/or in coordination of care.Desired or Preferred Qualifications:
Must have the ability to communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing, in both English and Spanish languages.How to Apply
