To become a part of our dedicated clinical team, you need the following qualifications:

• MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency
• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
