Kingman with a population of 34,000 sits at the base of the Hualapai Mountains and is considered the heart of historic Route 66. Its elevation of 3300 feet offers summers more mild than other desert communities and winters more mild than higher mountain towns. Residents enjoy outdoor activities including hiking, biking and watersports. You get the benefit of living in a small town with larger cities like Las Vegas and Phoenix within a 2-hour drive.
